A Chance for the Community
A CHANCE FOR THE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (Asociația O Șansă Pentru Comunitate) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in August 2021 in Cristuru Secuiesc, with the mission to be a catalyst for local community development. We firmly believe that the strength of a community lies in its own resources and that only through collaboration and active participation can we build a better future.

Our History
Our association was established on August 27, 2021, by its founding members: Kovács Zsolt, Kerestély Attila, and Kovács Ioan, with the goal to become a driving force for local civil society development. Our headquarters is located at Str. Morii nr. 34, Cristuru Secuiesc, Harghita. Since our establishment, we have been dedicated to creating new opportunities for Cristuru Secuiesc and its surrounding regions.
Our Mission and Goals
We pursue the sustainable development of the local community and support civil society efforts to stimulate community resources. We support progress from a socio-economic and cultural point of view, encouraging citizen participation in local development. Our goals focus on social support, economic development, cultural promotion, education, and environmental protection.
